  • Consult the downloadable user manuals that can be found here. The manuals contain step-by-step instructions on set-up, operations and reporting.
  • Consult the Frequently Asked Questions here.
  • Consult the Development section and check for hotfixes, known issues and upcoming features & functions.
  • Open a support ticket here for commercial, functional or technical questions – we will reply within 24 business hours.
  • Get remote support. At MyPrivate we can remotely connect to your computer and diagnose virtually any type of issue.  
  • On demand training and support. We also provide on demand training, either via Skype or at our premises close to Lausanne, Switzerland. You can choose between the 2-hour “Starter Pack” here if you are new to MyPrivate, or request training on specific subjects of interest here.
